Sticker simplicity

A smart way to minimise waste
Graphic designPackagingPrintingSustainability

Flock is a new British company, launched in 2021, that delivers home-cooking and baking, using local and seasonal ingredients. British studio Caravan worked with freelance designer Engy Elboreini to create a visual identity that sought to ‘capture the joy of sharing food’. Their designers’ solution was a system of patterns and colours applied to packaging tape and different sized stickers printed on uncoated stock – 197gm2 Adhesive Adhoc Gesso. Flock buys off-the-shelf packaging – bags and food boxes – and adds the stickers in a multitude of ways: a fun approach that keeps design in-house and minimises waste.
