Arce Studio’s pressbook for interior design studio Villalón has a completely ink-free, embossed cover on Materica 360 g/m2, and the business cards employ the same minimal approach and material. ‘Villalón is inspired by nature, so choosing the right paper was essential,’ says principal Rebeka Arce, who has worked in Berlin and Bilbao, and is now based in Madrid. ‘Materica perfectly transmits warm sensations through its texture.’
For Hazte rico, vende humo [Get Rich, Sell Smoke], a ‘book for scammers’ published by satirical publisher PutosModernos, Arce designed the volume like a manual. The cover features blind embossing on Splendorlux Metal Gold.
